random stuff :) August 31, 2008

First of all can I state how stoked I am that Senator McCain picked Sarah Palin to be his running mate.  I think she is gonna be amazing and from what I have seen, heard, and read so far…I love her.  I think that she is what the Republican party needs to take down the Obama craze…gag me!

Second of all praise the Lord for Gator football!  Even though I only made it to half time today (I think it might have been 500 degrees in the stadium) I was stoked to be back in the swamp for what will be my last season as a student

I have been thinking of everything I want to do before I graduate and I thought I would share the list with you:
- go swimming in the fountains
- go to a baseball game
- go to a gymnastics meet
- sit out front at the swamp restaurant and watch a game
- talk to Tim Tebow (ha like this one is really gonna happen but hey you can wish)
- go to a concert in University Auditorium
- go kayaking/canoing at Lake Wauburg

update from the ville… August 25, 2008

First of all I am so happy to be back!  God has proved himself faithful in so many ways already!  It was great to be back at First Assembly tonight…I really feel like that has become my home church and God just shows me new things every time I am there.  Tonight I really felt like He was talking to me about love.  I felt for the first time in a while that He just completely, totally, undeniably loves me and is pursuing me.   He keep telling me “you are my beloved”, after this summer I really needed to hear that!

So in the random story department check this out.  I went yesterday to get my ink cartridge for my printer refilled at Walgreen’s and the I ended up getting it for free because it failed the “test” apparently but it still works like a champ.  Just to put a little perspective on things I am pretty much broke (hopefully not for too much longer) and really stressed out about it but God proved himself faithful in the little things once again!  How great is our God!

Anyways I am out for the night…I know it is so sad that I am off to bed at 10:15    Love ya’ll!
